Once you have booked an initial assessment, one of our assessing clinicians will contact you to arrange your assessment appointment. Your initial psychotherapy assessment will be undertaken via Zoom.

Our Eating Disorders service requires all new clients to have both an initial psychotherapy assessment (this is undertaken online), and an initial dietetics assessment (this is undertaken online or in-person). Once the initial assessments have taken place, we will discuss your preference for online or in-person ongoing therapy and dietetics, if required. Our service is not suitable for people seeking treatment who have a very low BMI (typically of 14 or less), or who are experiencing multiple addictions. If in doubt, please contact us before booking.
