Your first step is an assessment with a qualified therapist, where we’ll explore your goals and what you’re looking for in therapy. From there, we’ll match you with a therapist for weekly sessions online or in-person.

Initial psychotherapy assessment: £175 (one-off assessment fee)
Ongoing weekly psychotherapy: £120 per 50 minute session

Please note, all of our services are for people aged 18 and over.

Subsequent psychotherapy appointments are usually invoiced fortnightly in arrears.
