Therapy for gay men, grounded in understanding
A safe, affirming space to explore identity, relationships, wellbeing, and life’s challenges.
Understanding the Experience
Gay men often navigate unique pressures. From family expectations and cultural narratives to experiences of stigma, discrimination, or internalised shame. These can affect self-esteem, relationships, and mental health in ways that are sometimes overlooked in mainstream therapy.
How we work
Our therapists bring experience in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and understand the nuances that shape the lives of gay men. Sessions are a space where you can talk openly about:
Coming out and identity
Dating, relationships, and intimacy
Body image and self-worth
Chemsex and substance use
Navigating family and cultural expectations
We meet you without judgement or politicised notions of what being who you are means to you; we tailor therapy to your needs, drawing on approaches that support both emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
